This online version of Certified Food Manager Renewal Course fulfills the 4 hour requirement set by the State of Minnesota to renew CFM certification every 3 years. Print a certificate of training at the completion of each module.

Choose four of the eight modules: Cleaning and Sanitizing, Cleaning and Sanitizing 2, Cooling Principles, Emerging Trends, Emerging Trends 2, Preventing Foodborne Illness, Personal Hygiene, and Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Foods. Each module provides 1 hour of continuing education.
